Poland will not bow down to the idiotic decision made by the European Union to force Poland to accept refugees. Regardless of the Islamophobic views that circulate in Poland, it's obvious that letting in refugees can hurt the economy and the safety of the Polish people. As seen on the map, Poland does not receive the terrorist attacks anywhere near to the extent that other countries are. Poland should have the right to govern its country the way it sees fit, rather than being forced into accepting refugees that they see as a security threat by the European Union. Poland gets $10 billion every year just by being a member of the EU. The EU wants to place sanctions, resulting in a $9,541,400 fine. Being that this is a small amount of the total income Poland has, I'm sure Poland will have no problem giving the liberal folks at the EU the finger. Every country should be more like Poland. Of course I have a very known bias against leftists, and a bias for Poland (hell my name is ThePolishCynic) but this is a matter of independence for a country that has been fighting for its independence throughout most of its history. Why should a country be forced by anyone to undergo a burden that will result in an economic travesty and surely casualties. "Not all refugees are terrorists and therefore should not be treated as such" is an argument often used. Of course, not all Muslims are terrorists. We know. But we should not take away from the fact that the solution to this crisis should not be to force these refugees upon countries that don't even want them to begin with. A better solution would be for them to migrate to countries like Indonesia that would provide less of a culture shock while also providing them with shelter and resources better than the ones provided in Syria or the other countries they're seeking asylum from. Of course, bad apples come with any group of migrants, but seem to come in higher quantities when they're retreating from Syria. It's just statistics. Like Ben Shapiro says, "Facts Don't Care About Your Feelings". Because of Poland's refusal to accept these refugees, the lack of terrorist attacks is evident. Overall, Poland is a smart country and will overcome the pressure given onto them by the EU.
